Is the entrance to the hotel open at night?

You can enter and leave the hotel at any time of the day and night. Our reception is active 24 hours a day.

What time can I check into my room?

The time of entry to the room is from 14:00.
If you arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage, enjoy our facilities and go making the necessary arrangements at reception.

What time should I leave the room?

The room check out time is before 12:00. We have the option of booking LATE CHECK OUT (until 14:00) at a cost of 12ā‚¬ per room; (or until 16:00) at a cost of 19ā‚¬ per room (Late check out will always be subject to availability and notice must be given one day in advance).

What is the breakfast schedule?

The Hotel has a buffet restaurant for breakfast service from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. from Monday to Friday and from 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. You will find fresh and local products with a variety of pastries, breads, a hot buffet with different options, cold cuts and sausages, seasonal fruit and yoghurts, as well as coffee, tea, water and juicy fruit juices.

Can the Parking be reserved? What additional cost does it have?

The Hotel has a private indoor car park, with a supplement of 12.95ā‚¬ per day. If you book on our official website, you can book your parking place in the second step of the booking process, as an "additional service". In addition, if you have booked a Premium or Duplex room, you will have a 30% discount on the parking (9,1ā‚¬/day).

Can I request a cot?

Baby cots are free for little travellers. They must be requested in advance at the time of booking, you can add it in the comments section, or by email, via whatsapp or by phone. (+34 963 447 887)

Between what ages is considered a child?

A child is considered from 2 to 11 years old. From 12 years or older, it is already considered an adult rate.

At what age is considered a baby?

Babies are considered to be those under 2 years of age. They have no additional cost. We suggest contacting the hotel directly to reserve a cot.
